Why doesn’t the dive case button open my camera button?

Remove the blue check valve cover from the back of the dive housing and vacuum the dive housing before closing it. ( Please refer to the picture in the front for detailed instructions )

How to open the lid when unable to do so after using the diving case?

Before removing the phone, you must press the silicone valve to release the air, allowing for easy removal of the phone. Otherwise, the diving case cannot be forcibly opened in a vacuum state.

Once the button on the diving case is switched to “Movie” mode, it cannot be switched back to other shooting modes.

This is due to the font size being set too large. We recommend setting the font size to level 5 or smaller to ensure that the buttons correspond correctly with the phone screen for proper mode switching.
