GUIDE TO DETERMINE HELMET SIZE: Measure your head circumference to choose the correct bike helmet size. Wrap a flexible tape measure around the largest part of your head, approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Alternatively, use a string to encircle your head, then measure the length with a yardstick.
