This smart charger is widely used on all Club Car golf carts manufactured from 1995 to the present, including DS, Precedent, Tempo, Villager, etc. NOTE: Club Car DS 1995-2010 and Club Car Precedent 2004-2014 require an OBC bypass wire. Precautions

To allow the heat generated by the charger to be discharged out of the car smoothly, all vents should be unblocked and the space should not be sealed.There should be enough space near the charger to ensure ventilation and dust prevention, and to prevent dust from accumulating on the surface and affecting the heat dissipation effect.The charger is not allowed to be disassembled. Opening the charger cover at will may cause electric shock or other damage.To avoid damaging the charger harness, do not place objects on the charger harness or where it can be easily carved. If the wiring harness is damaged, replace it immediately.If the AC power source requires an extension cord, please ensure that the extension cord can withstand the maximum input current of the charger, and keep the length of the extension cord within a certain limit to avoid affecting the normal operation of the charger.For the connection line between the charger and the battery, the maximum current voltage drop should be less than 1% of the current voltage, otherwise, the charging effect will be affected. At the same time, the lead diameter should meet the output current value.
