GOODTS Dash Cameras Warm Tips

The built-in battery of this dash camera is only used to record emergency files, especially parking monitoring. It needs to be connected to the car charger as an external power supply to be used, and it cannot work without connecting the car charger. This dashcam for cars needs a memory card, which is included in the package and has been inserted into the camera for car. If you want to replace it, please choose a 32GB Class 10 Memory card. If you encounter problems such as the inability to play the video files of the car dash cam, there is sound but no video, or the video is silent, and the file is blank. Please replace the playback software on the computer to solve the problem, such as POTplayer, VLCplayer. POTplayer is recommended.

CONNECT THE CAR CHARGER TO POWER ON

The car charger is used to connect the dash cam for car and the car ignition to charge. Note: This small dash cam is currently only suitable for cars with car ignition. The built-in battery only supports emergency recording for a while and cannot be used as a power source for the front dash cam. Please connect the car charger for continuous recording.

32GB Memory CARD INCLUDED

For the first use, the memory card must be inserted into the car recorder camera and formatted. The 32GB memory card is included in the package and has been inserted into the car dashcam. If you want to replace it, a genuine Class10 memory card is recommended, up to 32GB. Memory card have limited storage space so make sure to format the memory card weekly or monthly.

SOLVE ISSUES WITH RESETTING

If there is a black screen problem during the use of the front car dash camera, please use the SIM card removal tool to poke the reset hole to reset the recorder. After resetting the system, the functions of the dash cam front will return to the default state. Please note that the SIM card removal tool is not included in the package.
