Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Engineer located in Bengaluru. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting product evaluations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
